Muchas de las prendas que desechamos están hechas de fibras que no se degradan. Estas  fibras tapan las tuberías y liberan sustancias tóxicas que dañan el medio ambiente y afectan  a los seres vivos. Tú puedes ayudar a combatir este problema creando cosas útiles y divertidas  con restos de ropa, por ejemplo: ¿qué puedes hacer con un calcetín sin pareja? Es simple: un erizo cabeza de pasto.

Busca en tu clóset, cajones y hasta debajo de la cama toda la ropa que ya no uses. Sirve que le das una manita de gato y haces feliz a tu mamá.

AnÍmate a hacer estas manualidades que sirven para reutilizar la ropa que ya no usas y crear algo totalmente nuevo y divertido. Lo que necesitas es:

1. Rellena el calcetín con la tierra hasta que parezca una pelota del tamaño de tu puño (más o menos).

2. Pon unas cuantas semillas, más o menos una cucharadita de las que hayas elegido.

3. Haz un nudo en el extremo del calcetín y ciérralo bien. Después, corta el sobrante.

4. Cose los botones al calcetín para formar los ojos y la nariz. Si quieres, pégale orejitas de fieltro. La idea es que se vea como un divertido erizo.

5. Coloca tu maceta-erizo sobre un plato y busca un lugar soleado. Riégalo de vez en cuando. En una semana o dos, a tu erizo cabeza de pasto le empezarán a salir unas increíbles “púas” verdes.

6. Puedes utilizar la misma idea para diseñar un calcetín-maceta en forma de troll, extraterrestre o de monstruo peludo… ¡en fin, dale vuelo a tu imaginación!
